Colombia kicked off their World Cup campaign with a 3-0 victory over Greece in Belo Horizonte. Goals from Armero, Gutierrez and Rodriguez made sure the Colombians picked up the three important points and kept a clean sheet.
Colombia now sit on top of the standings in Group C. The second match of this group will be played out between Ivory Coast and Japan. With this win, Colombia have boosted their goal difference, which may come come into play late.
